I voted "For" but from the description that was included I really don't know if this Bill is stopping all Federal pay raises for a week, year or life. Does this include Congress and the President??? Since Federal employees are reported well above the private sector their pay increases SHOULD be stopped indefinitely. When Washington state didn't have the money promised I didn't get a pay increase for 6 years and was below other police agencies then.
