March 25, 2013, 11:18am (report abuse)So, it's not legal to yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater, but it is legal to yell "combat service" in a crowded speaking engagement! This bill helps apply the same reasonable test as the old libel laws: "Is the statement true?"
Those who lie about their military service should NOT be rewarded! Their speech should NOT be protected. They should be sentenced to 1000 hours of service at a military hospital. . .

March 25, 2013, 1:28pm (report abuse)Blah, blah, blah. Military decorations have no value in today's world. They are essentially invisible and carry no meaning due to these fradulent wars. Our men and women in uniform are being killed and wounded for absolutely nothing. There is no honor attached to murdering innocent lives with drone strikes and illegal military actions. If honor were without a price in human decency, everyone would have it. Avoid foreign entanglements George Washington. Kill, kill, kill, Ratheon. On an average 16 discharged veterans complete suicide daily. These uncounted lives amount to an additional toll of 6,000 Soldiers a year. Take that to your AFES store.
