February 8, 2013, 12:48pm (report abuse)Should also reduce the amount of money going into the Appropriations Fund all together. Can't see this bill passing. After all, Congress wouldn't even consider a bill eliminating free transit for Congressman and Washington has continued to ignore requests to eliminate earmarks from both parties. Don't believe Washington is serious about reduce the budget or spending. Good Luck anyway.

February 19, 2013, 3:41pm (report abuse)We asked these folks to come up with a plan to get the country back on track fiscally. Then when they did no one in either the executive branch or the legislative branch had the guts to use any of it.
Sure it will be difficult but the alternative is the total fiscal collapse of our nation.
Now is the time to put these recommendations into action.
