September 26, 2011, 2:52pm (report abuse)Why is congress continuing to spend money when they could not even take the time to pass the 2012 Budget? This may be a good cause but it is not the right time. Everything else should be 'tabled' until they pass a full budget for 2012 (NOT just a continuing resolution.
