April 13, 2011, 10:17am (report abuse)Need to consider a added provision of reporting under Block 3 of the Form 1099-Misc to require that any entry be entered on Other Income part of the Form 1040. Presently, IRS is instructing business to enter it on their schedule C even though the income is not "earned income"
