September 26, 2011, 3:00pm (report abuse)WOW! It is going to cost that much for about six weeks. Is that why congress did not pass the 2012 Budget? I do not even make this much money in a month. So that means that I am going in debt every six weeks. It is about time that congress 'table' everything else that they are wasting taxpayers money on and pass a full budget for 2012 (NOT just a continuing resolution.

September 26, 2011, 3:03pm (report abuse)I voted against this bill (see my previous comment) but it is now showing me as voting for it. Why is my vote changing when I add a comment?

September 27, 2011, 8:57am (report abuse)Congress has being doing this for years now. They can't get the people's business taken care off because they are to busy campaigning for re election or on vacation half the time these days. It is call a continuing resolution until they pass a budget. They should not go on break in August. They should be required to pass a budget in August for the next fiscal year which beings 1 October.

It’s broken record time. Congress has failed once again to budget for the current fiscal year, and by the end of the week it will probably have to pass some kind of temporary funding law to keep the government in operation. Recapping: Congress is...
