More time spent wasting the taxpayers money. The cost shows as zero but the time Congress spent in wasting their time discussing this bill instead of coming up with a 2012 Budget is one of the reasons they are now wasting the taxpayers money doing multiple 'continuing appropriations' bills and laws.
