September 23, 2011, 7:13pm (report abuse)As long as Congress wastes time on stuff like this they will never come up with a Budget Appropriations by the 30 September deadline and we will continue this cycle of waste and fraud. Congress needs to do the job they were sent to Washington DC to do and if they cannot do the job they were sent to do they should resign (but that will not happen as they are too busy wasting the taxpayers money).
