I assume most know that that I have worked on the summer palaces of the super elite for some time, and that even they stopped spending... so much frivolous money for a while.
I was working on a job today for a quite famous person where we were trying to finish work for the typical yearly Memorial Day deadline for them to have there summer houses look immaculate for them.
The homeowner and a few of their famous neighbors stopped by to inspect the work...
They didn't even pay any attention to the lowly servants doing final touch ups as they got into a conversion about politics as sat and they admired the new Olympic size swimming pool with a fully stocked bar.
The basic theme of the conversation was most politicians are paid servants, and the rest of us are dirt under their feet...
I heard a lot of we paid this one that, and that one this, and they better do that or else...

They say Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are rotten, but rich lackey McConnell, who has sunk the Senate in mire, preventing it from getting much of anything constructive done, as well as chain-smoking alcoholic Boehner, who runs the House majority party, are A-okay, I guess? Nothing to criticize them for? This is unreal.

I said many times Obama is a mediocre leader but a great portion og his actions have been obstructed by the Rpubs in congress. You can't look objectively at his action without looking at the Rpubs action in both houses, Yet I never see even the smallest criticisms of their policies, The Rpub policies flat out won't work. Obama & the Dems at least say the right words though they never seem to be able to close the deal. The Rpubs on the other hand are selling the wrong answers & out right lying to people but that seems a concept you can't can't embrace & the only conclusion I can think of is a illogical bias against Obama & the Dems. One you refuse to deal with or even acknowledge it.

Sometimes I do & sometimes quite honestly i'st not worth the effort to read a ridiculous point.
The Dems problems is they talk the talk but never accomplish much. Much of these failures are because of the big money's influence & right wing (Rpub/teabagger)opposition in congress. On the other hand the Rpubs/teabagger/conservatives are grossly over the top with lies & distortions & while that may insult some here. You have to be wildly naive or extremely gullible to buy into that.
Their facts are a distortion or outright lies & most serious independent economists will tell you what the Romney & the Rpubs are advocating will simply not work.
The great depression showed us how to fix ourselves & do so fairly easily if enough people recognizes real solutions rather the silly crap they're being fed to protect big money & their taxes.
The conservative's stupidly is the reason the politicians are getting away with it!

The bruises didn’t surface until 48 hours later as I drove away from Chicago. And much of the story of what happened in Chicago is surfacing after the fact too. The overwhelming police presence on the streets was mind boggling.

So what do we do?
Here’re my suggestions:
1. Continue to demand arrests of the criminal 1%’s “leaders” for obvious crimes centering in war and money. This is beyond removing support, but to tell the truth of War Crimes and criminal economic fraud in the trillions of our dollars. Those in military and law enforcement have particular responsibility to reject the “chain of obedience” to unlawful orders, stand for rule of law, and exercise arrest authority.

3. Have faith. This is elegantly simple and powerful: people of faith trust the Life is managed with love and justice. Given this foundation, we are free to think, speak, and act as we see best. Move forward in “good faith,” and we’ll see what develops.

Ya really think they will turn down millions in their own pockets to represent their constituents????
Maybe a few, but nowhere near enough.
And I sure as hell will not be voting for Romney either!
