The Cabin Fee Act of 2012 is yet another money grab by the wealthy. When you crunch the numbers,it is quite apparent that the middle and low end appraised lot fees are up to 500% higher then that of the high end appraised lots. When will the greed of the 1% stop? I also notice that the cash amounts to be paid relative to lot appraisal has suddenly disappeared from the websites. What a sad joke this has become.Enjoy your sunset martinis, great tax manipulators, while the rest of us cannot even sell our summer homes property because of the the outrageuos lease fees that benefit only the wealthy.
