I believe that these Special Ed programs are incredibly wasteful, so these huge increases make the cost absurd. Slashing the military hardware acquisition makes the country less capable in an ever increasing danger in the world. The priorities here are all wrong.

This bill is Absurd and has its priorities backward. Discontiuing the F-35 Airplane program for the Navy and Air Force and telling them they can re-order very old and out dated airplanes to fill the void is like locking the chicken pen door when the chickens are out scratching in the yard! Get real congress...!!
