This bill will only make it easy for welfare recepients to have abortions. The thing is it will be on the tax payers dime. Make them get out and work and not on their backs...on their feet ...and adter one kid cut all extra funding for food stamps/ medicade off...then they wont be having 5+ kids so they can take a free ride on the welfare train!
