As I am told, all illegals have to pay taxes.

January 16, 2009, 10:54am (report abuse)I am for some relief towards illegals because they can help with the current economic crisis and provide taxes with money to built up for future bail outs created by greedy CEO's such as AIG, Merrylynch, ect... those guys contributed to the economic downfall. when economy is good, citizens to criticize the illegals for being here, but when its bad, hell illegals are the targets, just like in WW2, where others were targeted by the Nazis.

January 21, 2009, 4:30pm (report abuse)We need to let those who wish to contribute to our society do so-even if they came here "illegally" any idea how difficult/expensive and nearly impossible it is to come here legally? With background checks and by only allowing those who can prove they are willing to contribute. Check out your DNA folks, our ancestors came from somewhere other than here. That's part of what makes the US so great! Let's keep this country strong by allowing people a way to improve their families lives by realizing the dream of being here in the greatest country in the world.

(logged-in user) May 5, 2009, 6:38am (report abuse)As for the parades and ralleys the Mexican people do - since they are so good at getting together to make a stand then PLEASE make a stand in MEXICO to make MEXICO a better place. FIGHT FOR THAT!!! I am 100% fine with all races of people. I have good friends of many differents backgrounds, colors, religions... But we (including my Mexican-American friends) agree breaking the law IS breaking the law. We should have no tollerence for it.
If we wanted ZERO unemployment we simply need to deport all illegals and employeers will be begging for applicants.
Our crime would drastically decrease. Our country much safer.
I respect anyone from anywhere who wants a better life. All deserve prosperity for hard work. Anywhere in the world that people want what they can't have need to demand it at home. I think all should go to whatever countries they came from and go through the system and get here in the proper way. When they follow the rules and then get here- and may God bless them. :-)
