I am in favor for this Bill and feel that it should be part of 100% Total and Permanent Disabled Veterans Compensation benefits. Please pass this Bill.

I support this bill and hope it passes, it would make life a lot easier for myself and fellow disabled veterans to keep in touch with their families and be there for our families when their military members deploy. Please pass this bill, so that we can still support the military mission.

Given the number who may travael this benefit could be extended to all Disabled Vetrans with 30% or more. Again the cost would be minimal considering the value of service given by the veterans.

I SUPPORT THIS BILL IF THIS BILL WAS PASS.I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GO TO MY NIECE FUNERAL.WHO WAS STATION IN COLORADO SPRINGS.SHE WAS AN MP IN THE AIR FORCE.BUT LIVE IN MARIANNAS ISLAND SAIPAN.

THIS IS A GOOD BILL WE HAVE TO BE VERY MINDFUL.EVERY DISABLED VETERAN WANT BE ABLED TO USE THE SERVICE BECAUSE OF LIMITATIONS.

Would this not be a grea tbill to pass,As we have a a budget that allows no monies to get to places
we can only dream about from inside a house ?????? i say
