This bill needs to pass and pass now. All Americans have a right to travel freely anywhere in the world that will allow them to enter, without restrictions from their own government.

This bill is discussed on blogs in Cuba.
This is from a 2/19 Blog comment on GEN Y.

At this point it’s 75 % for and 25 against, and you can leave a message. This bill was read twice and sent to comittee on 02-12-09…
Timoteo dice: 19 Febrero 2009 a las 22:02 . I just returned from travel there and know that change will not come easily or cheaply. I’ve been writing a blog about my experiences. Of course I have to change some of the names to protect my friends. http://talkingcuba.wordpress.com/

IF YOU WANT THIS...do go read talkingcuba.

Also read GENY for 2/19. Yoani describes how people are turning away from the regime.
