May 2, 2010, 10:58pm (report abuse)This bill definitely has PETA written all over it. Most of all animal rights activists want to change the name "Fish" to "Sea Kitten". How blasphemous they are. They have taken the Bible out of context. They are not men of God, they are animal worshipers.
