Wildlife Strike Act of 2009 - Requires the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to be notified expeditiously by: (1) an aircraft operator if the aircraft collides with one or more birds or other wildlife; (2) airport or aircraft operator personnel if they see the collision; and (2) aircraft maintenance personnel if they identify damage to the aircraft resulting from such a collision.
