I work for a company that offers no sick time, and if you miss a day you are given a verbal warning for the first offense, then written up, then suspended for 3, then 5, then fired. To have some type of sick time would be unbelievable to me. I havent missed a day for 4 years now. I have gone to work all most on my death bed and my recovery time as been 2-3 times longer than usual. It would be a blessing to just have 2 days a year.
