My fiancée drives 35 miles into Silverton, Oregon where she works full time as a PT. In Silverton, she is a big fish in a small pond and with her education could easily make more money in a big city - Salem or Portland. Paying back this education is not an easy task. This bill would provide motivation and support for her and others like her to stay in and provide for health care needs in small town USA.
