The AIG Bonus Debacle: Channel Your Anger

March 1, 2009, 9:15pm (report abuse)

The suppliers of Heidi's bar, having granted her generous payment due dates and having invested in the securities are faced with a new situation.

Her wine supplier claims bankruptcy, her beer supplier is taken over by a competitor.

The bank is saved by the Government following dramatic round-the-clock consultations by leaders from the governing political parties.

The funds required for this purpose are obtained by a tax levied on the non-drinkers.

Finally an explanation I understand...

Quarantine Washington DC

September 21, 2009, 3:10am (report abuse)

I support the quarantine of Washington DC to stop the spread of corruption. We the People are looking for men or women, who are American Patriots in Congress, willing and committed to clean up this sickness, this disease, this cancer and refound the Nation. Ordinary Americans are standing tall as the Calvary to back you in this effort. This corruption is a plague on this great nation and nothing shall pass in Congress until this cancer is removed. This nation is all about second chances. We are offering you a chance at redemption, for you to come forward and confess your parties corrupt behavior and to stand with us. If you have committed wrongdoing then own up to it and accept the consequences of your actions. Just look at the millions marching on Washington on 9/12 and there isn’t any doubt this must happen soon or Washington DC will be shut down completely. Be part of this movement or suffer the consequences by supporting the spread of this cancer.
