Mary Rose, we do know what the Cash for Clunkers is--it is not a complicated subject although the government website to run the program is a disaster. That being said it points out how ill prepared the government is to run the health care of our country.

Have the members of Congress lost their collective minds? You cannot spend your way out of a depression. You cannot "give" people money as "we the people are the government". You are giving us money no one has earned. We are in debt so far it will never be paid down. Ignorance is rampant!
