American Family Rights Association has LONG OPPOSED CAPTA.

Passed originally in 1974, CAPTA is what started this insane fascist nightmare of government intervention in families.

Whether we want S. 3817 passed or not is really the choice between a minute repair to an utterly horrendous law- or our preference to get rid of it entirely.

-OF NOTE-

CAPTA expired October 1, 2008 and the criminally fraudulent CPS has been operating with NO AUTHORIZATION since.

But government is so far out of control, nobody noticed.

"Don't Amend it- Just END IT"

But if that isn't going to be a choice, then yes, let's at the very least kick funds towards HELPING FAMILIES instead of kidnapping the kids, doping them out of their heads in state custody, and putting them in the Kiddie Pound for sale.

CAPTA is a law that is destructive to families by providing incentives to to take kids from their families keep them in foster care instead of returning them home when the problems are addressed or placing them with a loving family member such as a grandparent or an aunt.

It is NOT used to "help" families where help is needed but rather to DESTROY the very families it's "supposed" to help. America’s fundamental rights that are laid out respectfully in our United States Constitution are repeatedly ignored and stricken from law by the very ones who took an oath to uphold them. The unconstitutional and unconscionable acts of the federal government, our child protective services and our juvenile and family court systems of permanently severing ties of the parents and children of American families to appease the Federal government and not disrupt the abundant flow of Federal funding for adoption through foster care is an outrageous misuse of government power and mandates that no parent should be forced to respect.

Every day in America children are taken away from their loving, caring biological families, their parental rights unjustly terminated by the state and their children adopted out to strangers through foster care.

Help stop destruction of the American family.

Stand up and SAY NO to CAPTA!

Don't extend this bill, don't amend it, put an end to it! It is just another example of the Federal government doing what the Constitution gives it no authority to do!

Vote NO on this bill, Capta hasn't worked from the beginning. It's caused more harm to families and children than any national disaster in the world.

CAPTA is based on a bunch of theories that clearly aren't working. Everyone in government knows CAPTA is not working but continues to ignore the overgrown monster and try to fix it. CAPTA can never be fixed because the premise is based on false ideology. Only if it is taken down completely and new public policy is formed can children be safe from erroneous government intervention and kidnapping.

Right now as we speak, one mother wrote me that had her infant removed and no harm was done to the infant. In another case, a grandmother wrote and is horribly violated by the department using all manner of twisted unconstitutional laws to tear apart the family. These violations are happening by the thousands across the country with judicial and law maker support. We must say no to CAPTA and yes to families.

how many people in the world wants corruption and injustice to destroy families? if they let it get out of hand, then they will fall victimized too. and who knows what else will happen? pretty soon everyone will get thier kids removed, and the more it happens, the more wrong people are gonna step up to them.

The only thing that Capta has done is to sanction the destruction of many families creating a whole new form of child abuse done at the hands of CPS all over America.

More then anyone could have ever imagined. To children who had every right to their OWN family. Who have the right to not being drugged into compliance by those who aim to make money off of their sale, opps, I mean adoption. Children are not just getting hurt by the system but they are dying and nothing is being done. Many will say that these children were protected to death.

Now, even Mother Mary, could be found guilty of some form of child abuse. When her Son, was very young He took off and was later found in the temple preaching. Today it would be called neglect and most likely Mary would be TPR'ed in most Family courts of today.

This has to STOP!! It can't be fixed it has to be terminated. CPS workers should have to be held responsible for the harm they have done and are doing to children and to their family.

We need to eliminate capta and stop the insanity with our must vulnerable citizens; our children. It has never worked well and has allowed unscrupulous social workers and social services department to profit from mislabeling children and keeping them in care and away from a permanent home. In Washington state children are taken from loving grandparents and placed with strangers because the state profits from "stranger placements" but makes no money from family placements. We are raising another generation of depressed and angry young people who are aging out of the foster system and we will continue to reap the horrible consequences of Capta until we repeal it.
