Based on the actions in the Senate to hide the true intentions of all bills so far this year, all bills should be defeated and Harry Reid should be held accountable for his comments that would have had a Republican ousted from the Senate.

When Harry is gone we may be able to read the title to a bill and have a clue to the contents.

This bill is fairly clear it litterally means the commercialization of space i.e. vacations to space stations or maybe even lunar stations in the future. The Government wants to know the marketability of outer space.

If you can't make it simple and clear don't do it. More does not mean better.
