Please pass the bill to intervene with these disgusting and disturbed videos/people that watch them. This should be treated as seriously as child pornography it is abuse and in my opinion of a very high concern. These video's would lead me to believe that the persons making and watching these are capable of serious crimes and murder. You must have something very wrong with you psychologically to make/watch/or enjoy anything of this grotesque and gruesome caliber.

For the good of everyone and ever animal in this country. Please jail these people they deserve nothing less. And have the registered as animal abuser so neighbors/families are aware of that person/persons at all times so they may never harm another animal.
