March 24, 2010, 2:37am (report abuse)WATCH OUT!!! When Clinton designated land in Utah it cut there school funding by 2 billion dollars and prohibited coal deposits from being mined. These lands may seem like there are no where important but there are the backyards of many neighbors....so beware make sure someone other than just the president has a say in what is designated a national monument
