October 29, 2009, 9:21pm (report abuse)i'm a cannabis patient, and it is the only reason i'm still alive to be talking about it. cannabis may nott work for everyone for EVERYTHING, but it sure does a hell of a lot better than the 25% effective rate that pharmaceutical narcotics have, and i happen to be one of them. anytime anyone would like to discuss this matter, please don't hesitate to contact me at rwa420 at yahoo dot com and i would love to hear an opposing opinion, thanks everyone, have a good night

November 16, 2009, 10:16pm (report abuse)It is bad enough that the trial judge lies to the jury by mandating the jury to follow his law even if the jury disagress with the law!! The States of Maryland, Indiana, and a few others have changed their State Constitutions to require the trial judge to fully inform the jury of their authority to decide the law as well as the facts. It is high time we did this in all other jurisdictions thorughout this country!!! H.R. 3939 is a half-step in the right direction!!!
