My baby brother, 22 months of age disappeared from our home in 1955.Frederick Andrew Holmes, in Grahamsville, N.Y. He is STILL missing. Our family suffered all these years. He fell through the cracks. When I tried to follow up after my parents died, I was told there was not an existing case on this child. No one cared. No One....I would like to see this type of behavior change. Please help us, the families of the missing. Freddie belongs with us, his family. WHERE is Freddie?
You can help. I implore you to look closely at this bill and do what is right.

Do homeless people who don't have id papers or know/care about their whereabouts or a thing in their pockets fall into this class? If not is there a "Who Knows?" dept or agency to help them? If not, do they just hop the next train box-car and hope to find it?

In the name of Jesus, we need this funding to identify people, dead or alive, depending on age and race. Get this bill passed.
