H.R. 3141, The Strengthening the Health Care Safety Net Act of 2009

H.R. 3141 would amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide for a DSH redistribution pool from unexpended Medicaid DSH allotments in order to increase Medicaid DSH allotments for low DSH States and to provide grants for health access networks serving the uninsured.
