H.R. 2831, The Young Adult Healthcare Coverage Act of 2009

H.R. 2831 would amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Public Health Service Act to require the option of extension of dependent coverage for unmarried, uninsured children under 30 years of age under group health plans and under group and individual health insurance coverage.
