November 16, 2009, 11:09am (report abuse)"Nuclear Energy is Clean Energy" the "keyword" is clean, the carbon footprint is very small; it is clean, it is safe, and it produces jobs. Building nuclear plants makes sense and we should embrace the construction and staffing of these facilities without delay.
