If the gov't truly and honestly wants to reduce emissions, they should spend the money on electric, steam, or solar powered vehicles. They also should bring back the 100mph carburetor that was conveniently buried by Oil Industry, Detroit, and paid-off politicians.
Obama Inc. knows NOTHING about economics, environmentalism, and cares less about the plight of the American populace and businesses. He is an illegitimate "president", who is going out of his way to destroy the middle-class, impoverish America, and tax us out of existence, and bankrupt this nation.
This bill will greatly reduce the number of used cars available for purchase, thus driving up the prices of used cars available on the open market.
Vote OUT every Representative (so-called) and every Senator that votes for this bill. It will further destroy our economy and businesses, drive our national debt to new heights when they buy and destroy millions of used cars. They have an agenda, and it's NOT our well-being.

When the government wants to "help" you - run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!
I for one, will NOT be driving any little "toy" car the government is involved with.
This bill is NOT IN OUR BEST INTEREST!

Why does my state MInnesota not participate. It seems like the bill/act discriminates against some!! What are we to do? DRIVE 500 miles (more actually for me) to a dealer? Why are not all states required to participate? NOT FAIR
