June 19, 2009, 1:54pm (report abuse)The nice thing about conduit is that it's a technology-neutral and future-proof way to allow underground distribution of Internet connections. They can be filled in on an as-needed, current best standards basis. All I can say is the bigger the conduit path, the better!
