July 27, 2009, 7:55pm (report abuse)This is an important piece of legislation that will help a much deserved community sustain and maintain their water supply. Living in the second driest state in the nation, it is critical for us to ensure our water supply, now and for our children. I implore our Utah elected officials to support this bill.
