May 18, 2009, 1:37pm (report abuse)Please support this bill. My daughter moved into her first apartment in Cincinnati and it was infested with bed bugs. It has been terrible. The landlord has treated her apartment once but the whole building is infested and she can't get out of the lease. The health department in Cincinnati has no mandate and legal aid can't help. This is a terrible problem that needs to be addressed.
