November 10, 2009, 2:14pm (report abuse)I donated a Kidney to preserve the life of a friend not knowing that any legislation was being considered or in place. Having said that I of course would be very blessed to have some financial compensation afforded to me and I completely believe that this is a wonderful benefit that should become law.
