This bill would help the little guy afford a renewable heating source, and also give sustainable jobs to local people in harvesting junk wood from the forests. Some of the systems available put out a cigarette of smoke an hour. This helps on greenhouse gases. The systems are also 92-93 % efficient, same as nautral gas, but are also more expensive. Without the assistance in buying the cleaner/more efficient systems, more people are going to the cheaper more poluting systems.
