How much are they paid? Is it above poverty or minimum wage. Does Congress deduct salary for housing and school? Can Congress pay below minimum wage or below poverty?

The age limit is wrong. If you limit employment to 2 years, can the employees re apply? Recruitment and training programs cost a lot and tend to be wasteful.

If I'm not a youth, do I have to be in a conservation program to be hired? Do I have to be a mentor if I'm not a youth?

Who will inspect the housing quarters to make sure they are okay?
