November 11, 2009, 10:45pm (report abuse)In most of the bills, I see words like repeal, and delay. Pay raises should be STOPPED for congress like they are for too many in this country losing their jobs and retirement. And, not just stopped for 2010 only to be doubled in 2011. This needs to be carefully worded and watched over, so we as a nation are not hood-winked again.
