September 16, 2009, 4:31pm (report abuse)I find that it is completely unreasonable that severance pay is taxes as a bonus. This bill would help so many people. It is frustrating that nothing has happened with this bill since January. Is there any hope for it?

November 19, 2009, 9:36am (report abuse)The time for this bill to be passed is now....With the state of the economy there are more and more businesses going under. When will we know what is going on with this bill.....WILL IT BE IN TIME TO HELP THOSE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS IN 2009?
