H.R. 152, The Home Heating Fuels Cost Relief Act of 2009 (1 comment ↓)

H.R. 152 would amend the Internal Revenue Code to provide for a refundable tax credit for heating fuels and to create a grant program for States to provide individuals with loans to weatherize their homes.
