H.R. 1300, The Veterans' Memorials, Boy Scouts, Public Seals, and Other Public Expressions of Religion Protection Act of 2009 (1 comment ↓ | 3 wiki edits: view article ↓)

H.R. 1300 would amend the Revised Statutes of the United States to prevent the use of the legal system in a manner that extorts money from State and local governments, and the Federal Government, and inhibits such governments' constitutional actions under the first, tenth, and fourteenth amendments.

As a christian in a country founded on judeo-christian principles, I am proud to support such legislation which would protect my right to freedom of religion without allowing ravenous lawyers to file frivolous lawsuits using misinterpretation of "separation of church and state"
