March 10, 2009, 11:49am (report abuse)Wow! The nerve of some in Congress to think they should control our election system (this doesn't just apply to congressional elections). And I don't know what kind of "regulations" would keep a person from voting, but the ambiguity and vagueness is extremely scary.
