Now more than ever, the US needs this bill to prepare young Americans to be more responsible citizens, at the national and global level. I applaud the late Senator Paul Simon on his vision and his commitment to truly making the United States one of the pre-eminent nations in the world through the exchange of ideas, students and faculty.
