Detailed Summary
Gulf Coast Export Recovery Act of 2007 - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to hire one additional full-time international trade specialist for the United States Export Assistance Center in New Orleans, Louisiana to provide export promotion services to specified Louisiana parishes.
Directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to hire to the Office of International Trade of the SBA an additional full-time international finance specialist who shall be located at the Center to carry out export promotion activities in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
