October 18, 2007, 5:12pm (report abuse)Let's make sure we're not forgetting the survivor benefits of widows who were never notified of benefits to begin with. What process is the Department of Veterans Affairs placing to communicate this information to Vietnam era veterans who are quite possibly deceased as was my father.
