This bill is a welfare bill for the entire economy that will have limited impact. We need to get money circulating again.

I've written an article at my blog that takes the very successful cap-and-trade system and applies it consumers. I urge every American to read it. If you're an economist or other qualified person, please add, subtract, or forward the information to people who can seriously consider this. The URL is:

We have to come to Washington with new ideas instead of them pushing old ideas down our throat.

Let people create their own businesses without having so many laws put upon them. If they are allowed, the people will build the economy back up!

What the government needs to do is to stop spending money frivolously, PERIOD.
