Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2009 - Makes appropriations for FY2009 to the Department of Transportation.
Department of Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2009 - Makes appropriations for FY2009 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Makes appropriations for FY2009 to: (1) the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board; (2) the Federal Maritime Commission; (3) the National Transportation Safety Board; (4) the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation; and (5) the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness.
Specifies certain uses and limits on or prohibitions against the use of funds appropriated by this Act.
