US is losing out all the best people to Canada, Europe and even the middle east. The country needs to retain them.

We dont need to technically superior to other nations, or for that matter be a technology leader let them get the education and experience here in this country and let them make their country prosperous !!

Makes sense. We spend our hard earned Tax dollars to educate these people, and after they use OUR money to get THEIR education, they go off to canada or europe? Nope. THIS BILL MUST PASS.
