S. 2793 would direct the Federal Trade Commission to prescribe a rule prohibiting deceptive advertising of abortion services.

How is this even remotely enforceable? Section 2 says "advertising with the intent to deceptively create the impression...". First, how do they determine intent? Second how do you determine what impression is created. Is this like the legal definition of pornography: "I know it when I see it"? Oh wait, the bill is dated April 1... Fools!
