S. 2727, The Preserving Access to Hospice (PATH) Act of 2008 (1 comment ↓)
S. 2727 would amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for a temporary moratorium on enforcement of the cap amount on payments for hospice care under the Medicare program.

My family owns a hospice. The federal government is killing us by taking money back from hospices that are just trying to help people. The government cannot properly assess the disease processes and state that everyone will follow these processes. Save hospice and save patient care!
